Ox Capital launches Asia equities fund

equitiesLondon-based, emerging markets fund manager Ox Capital Management has launched a Ucits fund investing in Asian (ex-Japan) equities. OxCap has partnered with Fidante Partners for the distribution of the fund to European intermediary and institutional investors. The fund will aim to provide an absolute return and capital growth based on the MSCI All Country Asia ex-Japan index. The portfolio will hold 30-50 stocks focused on technology, healthcare, financial and consumer discretionary sectors.   “Asian markets are attractively valued, with Asian equities outperforming the developing markets over the last 35 years,” said Joseph Lai, OxCap founder and chief investment officer. “We aim to capitalise on the sheer scale and growth in Asia as well as other emerging markets over the next decade.” ©2022 funds global asia
