HSBC awarded Hong Kong ETF servicing mandate

ETF diceHSBC has been appointed as the global custodian and administrator for the listing of Premia Partners’ Premia China STAR50 ETFs. The fund claims to be one of the largest tracking the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, also known as the STAR market. It is to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with an initial launch size of RMB204 million (US$31.58 million). HSBC has also been appointed as trustee, swap counterparty and cross border equity execution provider for the fund.  The mandate continues an existing relationship between HSBC and Premia Partners following the earlier launch of the Premia China Treasury & Policy Bond Long Duration ETF and Premia China USD Property Bond ETF. © 2021 funds global asia
