Asian alternatives firms form alliance

real estate, allianceTwo Asian alternative investment managers are joining forces for a real estate investment venture. Korea-based IMM Investment and pan-Asian alternatives firm Axe Management Partners will collaborate on real estate investment opportunities in Korea. A memorandum of understanding has been signed between IMM and Flow Capital, the holding company for Axe Management Partners. According to IMM, the alliance has been formed on the back of the potential and opportunities within numerous Korean industries including real estate. “I believe that through the partnership with Axe Management Partners, our real estate investment platform will be fortified, and the partnership will also broaden our access to the Asian market,” said IMM Investment CEO Chang Dong-woo. ©2023 funds global asia
