Allspring opens Singapore office

AllspingAllspring Global Investments has further expanded its presence in Asia Pacific with the opening of an office in Singapore. The move comes just weeks after Allsping opened an office in Tokyo. The firm, formerly known as Wells Fargo Asset Management, has appointed Tan Song Chao (Gary Tan) as the executive director and CEO of the Singapore entity. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the Singapore office, Tan will serve as a portfolio manager on Allspring’s Intrinsic Emerging Markets Equity team.
