Allspring opens Hong Kong office

Hong KongUS fund manager Allspring Global Investments is expanding its international footprint with a new office in Hong Kong. The move further increases Allspring’s Asian presence following the opening of offices in Singapore and Tokyo last year. The firm, which is owned by US bank Wells Fargo, has also appointed Linda Luk as head of sales for North Asia. Based in Hong Kong, she will be responsible for Allspring’s sales strategy and client servicing in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. Before joining Allspring, Luk was managing director and chief distribution officer at Income Partners Asset Management in Hong Kong.
