Abrdn hires former WWF exec for Apac sustainability role

Sustainability investingUK fund manager abrdn has named Sylvain Augoyard as Asian Pacific sustainable investment manager. He will be based in Singapore, joining a team led by Apac ESG investment director Danielle Welsh-Rose.   His responsibilities include developing abrdn’s sustainability strategy across the region. The appointment follows abrdn’s launch of a Sustainability Institute Asia Pacific in July 2021 He takes on the role having served for three years at the World Wide Fund for Nature as vice president in the Asia sustainable finance team. © 2022 funds global asia
