Abrdn converts Asia fund to article 8

Sustainable investingThe flagship Asia fund managed by abrdn has been converted to article 8 status under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The Asia Pacific Equity fund will be renamed as the Asia Pacific Sustainable Equity fund. With $2 billion of assets under management, the fund will be one of the largest SFDR-compliant funds. Two other Sicav equity funds will also be converted to article 8 status as of August as part of the abrdn’s sustainable product expansion. This follows the conversion of 24 equity and fixed income Sicav funds in April this year.
