Capital Group makes dual Singapore digital hire

Capital Group has bolstered its digital capabilities with the appointments of Veronique Cornu and Vineeta Rawat in Singapore. Cornu has been appointed to the newly-created position of head of digital for the Asia Pacific region and will be responsible for transforming the group’s digital capabilities to support sales efforts across the continent. Cornu will report to Derek Perry, managing director of digital, who is London-based. She will also work closely with Heidi Sutton, managing director for marketing in Asia. Rawat will oversee the firm’s global websites and build its social media and digital footprint. Her experience includes roles at DBS, UBS and BlackRock.
