Asset Management One International has bolstered its European team with the appointment of Lora-Ann Chiginsky as director for its EMEA business development division.
Chiginsky joins the London-based subsidiary of Japan’s Asset Management One from Nikko Asset Management, where she served as the director for EMEA institutional business development and relationship management. She brings 25 years of industry experience to the role and her career includes a stint at Wellington.
Andrea Favaloro, head of business development for EMEA at AMOI said Chiginsky’s addition to the team comes “at a time when the new long-term business plan is being implemented as part of our continued expansion for the EMEA region in the face of these unprecedented global challenges.”
In November 2019, AMOI added to its Luxembourg domiciled Ucits funds with the Global Small-Mid Cap Equity Quality Growth Portfolio.
Tokyo-headquartered Asset Management One manages more than US$490 billion in assets as of December 31, 2019, the firm said in a statement.
