Alpha consultancy expands in Asia

HandshakeAlpha Financial Markets Consulting, which specialises in asset and wealth management, has appointed Michael Chaille as an executive director in Asia. Chaille’s professional experience includes working for Arthur Andersen and founding his own consulting firm, Newtone Associates, which was bought by Chappuis Halder & Co in 2013. “Over the past few years, we have focused on growing our presence in core UK, US and European markets, and we are very excited about the prospects for expanding our consulting services in Asia, and in particular Singapore and Hong Kong,” said Euan Fraser, global chief executive. Chaille has degrees from the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. The company says Singapore is its first Asian office, with plans to open operations elsewhere in the region in the next few years. ©2018 funds global asia
